Dr. Rebecca
Hood-Nowotny
丽贝卡·克莱尔·胡德-诺沃特尼(土壤科学博士,农业科学理学荣誉学士,工商管理硕士):2013年于维也纳自然资源与生命科学大学(BOKU)获取任教资格,题目:应用于环境科学的同位素方法,教学领域:环境和土壤管理;
2006年于英国开放大学米尔顿凯恩斯获得工商管理硕士学位;
1993年于英国雷丁大学获得土壤科学博士学位;题目:赤杨的固氮作用,利用稳定同位素及模型预测露天煤矿的再生时间;

Doz. PhD, B.Sc. (Hons), MBA Rebecca Hood-Nowotny:
With a first degree in
Agricultural Science and a Ph.D in Soil Science Rebecca’s career has taken her
from a greenhouse-gas Post-Doc in Edinburgh, to the FAO-IAEA in Vienna, where
she worked towards achieving sustainable agricultural solutions for developing
countries. With her tool-box of choice - stable isotopes, she moved into
entomology within FAO, specifically working on pest insects: mosquitoes, fruit
flies & moths; tracing their origin, movement, nutrition and ecology. More
recently the isotope tracing of insects has led to her using her isotope based
methods for food tracing and authenticity, at the Austrian Institute of
Technology (AIT), where she has built-up her group and project profile, taking
her into new business orientated research areas.
BOKU, AUSTRIA, Habilitation: submitted May 2013, Title: Isotopic
tools in Environmental Science. Habilitation subject area: Environmental and
soil management。
